To obtain a certified copy of a Birth or Death Certificate follow these instructions:
Click on Forms
Choose the appropriate Birth Certificates or Death Certificates and print the application.
Complete application and fax the completed application, a copy of your valid driver’s license and the credit card digital receipt to fax # (432) 688-4925. All credit card transactions will be processed in the order received.
To process credit card transactions on Probate document copies or Court Costs/ Fine Payments: Please have credit card payment confirmation
Number available & call (432) 688-4402. A Court Deputy Clerk will assist in processing this type of payment.
TO MAKE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT & OBTAIN DIGITAL RECEIPT WITH CONFIRMATION NUMBER:
Visit the Official Payments website located at https://www.officialpayments.com
Go to payment type & select one of the following: vital statistics, recording or court cost/ fine payment for payment type.
To make payment: Click continue and enter total payment. Click continue. Click accept.
Enter payer information and click continue to obtain a digital receipt with confirmation # on it. Print the digital receipt.
