Courtroom Dress Code

Out of respect for the process and dignity of the Estate, we require a professional dress code from attorneys and clients as they seek guidance, input, and professional services.

Courtroom attire should be tasteful and appropriate for conducting business.  Below is a list of items to avoid when appearing in front of the County Judge.

·         No shorts
·         No thongs/flip flops
·         No hats on men, i.e., cowboy, baseball, etc.
·         No chewing gum, tobacco, or any other product
·         No cell phones. They should be off or left outside the courtroom
·         No food or drinks, unless provided by the court
·         No animals except service animals

We appreciate your support in our efforts to provide professional service to the public. Please contact our office at 432-688-4310 if you have any questions.
