The Midland County Treasurer holds unclaimed property valued at $100 and less that is presumed abandoned under the provisions of and subject to Chapter 76 of the Texas Property Code.
         
The owner may present proof of the claim to the Treasurer's Office to establish the owner's right to

To claim your property, complete the claim form, sign and attach proof of ownership/heirship. Failure to provide your IDENTIFICATION, SIGNATURE, or COMPLETION OF THE CLAIM FORM will result in our returning it to you.  You must be 18 or older to claim property.
