eBooks are a convenient way to read, turning your phone, tablet, and computer into your own personal library. Midland County Public Libraries has eBooks (and digital audiobooks) through West Texas Digital via Overdrive.

Checkout & Holds

You can check out 10 items at a time, have 10 holds and select a check-out period of 7, 14, or 21 days. Once you are notified that a hold is available, you have 72 hours to check it out or you can have it automatically checked out to you. The item disappears from your device automatically when the loan period expires unless you return it before then.

This is available through the website on any device that has access to the Internet. These titles are only available for streaming and cannot be downloaded.
