COVID-19 Precautions at midland county public libraries
In an effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and promote public safety, both library locations are closed until further notice. Click here to read a message to our patrons and community from Library Director Debbie Garza.
The library encourages patrons and community partners to take advantage our digital resources. In addition to the resources always available to cardholders, our staff has compiled a curated list of online resources that may be especially useful during this time.
Virtual programs, including storytimes, are posted to the library’s Facebook and website weekly. Minimal-contact services, such as curbside pick-up, will be available beginning April 27.
All book drops are now open. Loan periods have been extended. Library card expiration dates also have been extended.
