The Civil/Warrants section of the Midland County Sheriff's Office is led by Lieutenant Chris Evans. This division is responsible for the service of civil process, including subpoenas, citations, and other legal documents, as well as the execution of warrants ordered by the courts. Our deputies ensure the lawful and timely delivery of these critical documents and the apprehension of individuals with outstanding warrants, playing a vital role in the administration of justice within Midland County.
