Warrant Services

Midland County Warrant Services is a multi-function law enforcement department within Midland County that specializes in serving warrants for all 4 Justice Courts for unpaid citations issued by all law enforcement agencies in Midland. We also serve all County Court pro fine warrants as well. Our department also assists all surrounding law enforcement agencies enforcing all criminal and traffic laws in Midland County.

Midland County Warrant Services consists of 4 full time Investigators, 3 Clerks, 1 Chief Clerk and the Chief Of Warrant Services who oversees the department's daily function. All peace officers are licensed thru TCOLE and commissioned thru the Midland County Fire Marshall's Office. 

Midland County Warrant Services Investigators are constantly on the look for subjects with active warrants. Our office will send out notices thru various forms of communication ( post card, mail, door hangers ). If you receive a notice from our office or know you have a active warrant, please contact our office at 432-688-4700 and a clerk will answer your questions and refer you to the Investigator in charge of your case.

• Credit Card

No cash money is accepted. Our office will never contact  you for any form of payment other than the above listed options.
