If a person refuses to fill out the application, they will be asked to leave and return to court and speak to the Judge. If a person is claiming to be indigent, they will need to tell the Warrant Service staff when filling out the initial application. If the indigent paperwork is filled out the person will be given another court date to appear before the County Court to explain the indigent claim before the Judge. If you have more than one outstanding warrant you will need to speak with an investigator and they will determine if you will be able to pay off one warrant at a time. If you are allowed to do this, be aware that the other warrants will not be removed, and you are still subject to arrest until all warrants are completely taken care of.
