How do I obtain a drive way permit?: Download the drive way permit (PDF). Mail or hand deliver the application and $50 - per tie in - permit fee to the Public Works Office, Midland County Courthouse (11th Floor). Cash or check only. All applications for permit must be submitted by the Wednesday prior to the next Commissioners Court meeting. Commissioners Court meetings take place every 2nd and 4th Monday of the month.
