  • Download the drive way permit (PDF). Mail or hand deliver the application and $50 - per tie in - permit fee to the Public Works Office, Midland County Courthouse (11th Floor). Cash or check only. All applications for permit must be submitted by the Wednesday prior to the next Commissioners Court meeting. Commissioners Court meetings take place every 2nd and 4th Monday of the month. Permits will be approved these dates.

  • Download the Road Crossing Permit (PDF). Mail or hand deliver the application and $250 - per crossing - permit fee to the Public Works Office,  at the Midland County Courthouse (11th Floor). Cash or check only. All applications for permit must be submitted by the Wednesday prior to the next Commissioners Court meeting. Commissioners Court meetings take place every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month. Permits will be approved these dates.
