Court Dress Code

Out of respect for the process and dignity of the Estate, we require a professional dress code from attorneys and clients as they seek guidance, input, and professional services.

Courtroom attire should be tasteful and appropriate for conducting business. Following is a list of items to avoid when appearing in front of the County Judge:

  • No chewing gum, tobacco, or any other product
  • No food or drinks, unless provided by the court

  • No shorts
  • No thongs/flip flops
