The 385th District Court was created by the 73rd Legislature. It is Midland’s 4th District Court. Judge Willie DuBose was the first judge of the 385th District Court, serving from July 19, 1995 until his retirement June 30th, 2004. He was succeeded by Judge Robin Malone Darr on August 3, 2004. Judge Robin Malone Darr retired February 28, 2020 and was succeeded by Judge Leah G. Robertson on August 24, 2020.
