Ready Midland, in cooperation with the American Red Cross can provide and install, up to 3 FREE smoke alarms for residents of Midland County. This program is only eligible to residents in Midland County outside the incorporated city limits of Midland. The Midland Fire Department offers a similar program for city residents.
