Responsibilities

The Midland County Elections Office is responsible for election operations and voter registration throughout Midland County. Serving 8 political subdivisions in 45 voting precincts, the Midland County Elections Office contracts with:

• 1 College (Midland College)
• 2 Cities (Midland and Odessa)
• 2 Independent School Districts (Midland and Greenwood)
• 2 Water Utility Districts
• Midland Hospital District
