Captain Rod Allee is a 5th generation law enforcement officer and has been serving the citizens of the State of Texas for 38 years. He is a graduate of the Harris County Sheriff’s Academy and holds a Master Peace Officer Certificate.

He has been with the Midland County Sheriff’s Office going on 10 years.

Outside of work Capt. Allee likes to spend time with his family, play guitar and go camping. His priorities are God, family and work, and his main goal at work, in his current position, is to lead by example, have faith in the employees and ensure everyone gets home safely at the end of the day.
