- The Commissioners Court
- Constables
- The County Auditor
- The County Treasurer
- The District and County Clerks
- Fire Marshal
- Justices of the Peace
- Purchasing Agent
- The Sheriff
- And many others
- Drafts and reviews contracts for Midland County.
- Represents and defends Midland County and Midland County officials and employees in all aspects of litigation. Practice areas include, but are not limited to, civil rights, personal injury, constitutional law, and employment law in both state and federal trial and appellate courts.
- Represents the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (Child Protective Services) in actions involving abused and neglected children in Midland County. We seek to obtain outcomes that are in the best interest of the children.
- Obtains involuntary commitments for certain mentally ill persons who are a danger to themselves or others.
